Start every sentence in your summary with an action verb.
Start every accomplishment bullet with an action verb.
Use as many action verbs everywhere in your resume that you possible can.
Never use the passive voice in a resume.
Remove the word “responsible” from your resume – all it does is bury an action verb and make your resume less impressive.
