5.         Determine the PRICE (Hint: it has to be win-win negotiating, it doesn’t start until the written offer is in your hand, and anything is negotiable)

6.           Make sure you POSITION yourself in the new position for optimum effectiveness and future success (Hint: the first 30 to 60 days are crucial and need to be planned not accidental)
