About Jane
A Certified Professional Coach, as designated by the
International Coach Federation and a graduate of Coach
University
and Corporate Coach University International, Jane has worked with senior level
executives in a wide range of industries for the past nine years and has had a
private practice since 1998.
With over 20 years of diversified experience in coaching,
training (including transition training), public relations, and sales, Jane's
coaching clients have included entrepreneurs, small business owners, leaders of
and individual producers on high performance sales teams, and executives in
transition (from retiring military officers to attorneys who want to try
something different or telecomm veterans seeking a new industry).
She has had experience
with both government and commercial markets and non-profit organizations and
has spent ten-plus years marketing high technology products and
services in the Washington
metropolitan market. Jane has also served in marketing, public relations, and
editing capacities with a variety of small and large associations, educational
institutions, manufacturing and insurance companies. She also spent more than
ten years as president of her own firm assisting small business to enter the
technology era.
Much of Jane’s coaching and training experience has been in
the capacity of Senior Vice President of Consulting at Executive Transitions,
International. She has also been affiliated with industry leaders Lee Hecht
Harrison and Right Management Consultants.
She has been a business development consultant working with Advantage
Consulting, Inc., and InteLink, Inc. (Taipei, Taiwan)
and has served as Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator for McCabe & Associates
Jane holds a
Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Pennsylvania State University and a
Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
She has been designated as a Career Management Professional by the International
Board for Career Management Certification and is a Certified Facilitator for 2 Young 2 Retire.
